Candidates will be:

*Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly

*Learning based and solution oriented

*Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations

*Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships

*Licensed as a real estate agent, or willing to obtain license within 3 months (class and test costs reimbursed upon first closing with us)

We provide all the tools and training to make you successful, including in-house training, web-based training, mentorship, and on-the-job training (listing appointments, buyer consults, open houses, etc.).'
